Manufacture

Trojens 1100m2 manufacturing facility is dedicated to the production of UPVC and Polypropylene ductwork. Utilising our automatic state of the art folding and butt welding machinery we are able to maintain a competitive edge in producing ductwork to DW 154 and SMACNA within guaranteed dimensional tolerances and joint integrity. A GRP coating can be applied to the ductwork where enhanced mechanical strength or fire rating is required.

Installation

Our Skilled installation teams are strategically placed to efficiently cover the entire UK. All our operatives have been trained to the latest Health & Safety Standards and of course possess the required engineering services skill cards.
