Plastic constructions are please to announce the recent purchase of the assets, stock, records, fixtures, fittings, and work in progress of a leading plastic ductwork and fan manufacturer.

Mr Raymond Kelly, director of Plastic Constructions commented "This purchase is a strategic and logical move for the company. As a leading specialist in industrial ventilation and Air Pollution control, our product range in now enhanced to include Plastic ductwork and fans to provide a platform to offer total project management."

In addition, and to enhance the companies manufacturing capability, Plastic Constructions have also recently purchased a fully automatic PLC controlled sheet fusion welding machine. The addition of this machine coupled with the companies automatic folding machine has significantly increased both capacity and quality.

A spokesman for the company commented "with the significant investment's made, we are now in a position to offer a first class service and meet the most rigorous production demands to ensure successful project conclusion."
